1. Retainer & Engagement Terms
DermaArc operates on a month-to-month retainer of ₹30,000 + applicable taxes. There are no lock-in annual contracts. You may cancel your retainer at the end of any billing cycle with 14 days written notice.
2. Ad Spend & Third-Party Platforms
Advertising budgets (recommended ₹100–150/day to start) are paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads) via the clinic's own payment method. DermaArc does not markup ad spend.
3. Medical Advertising & NMC Compliance
All marketing collateral, Reel scripts, and landing pages created by DermaArc are designed in adherence with National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines and medical ethics codes. The clinic retains final review and approval before any public posting.
4. Ownership of Assets
All procedure funnels, creative assets, Google profiles, and ad accounts set up during the engagement remain 100% the property of the clinic.
